Registration and first access

1. Create an account

To use all site features you must create an account.

During registration you will need to complete the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Birth date
• Accept the Terms and Conditions
• Confirm that the provided information is real

The system also uses an anti-bot verification mechanism to protect the platform.

2. Email verification

Once you submit the registration form, you will receive an email with an activation link.

Steps to activate your account:

1. Check your email inbox.
2. Open the message sent by the system.
3. Click the activation link.

If you cannot find the email, check your Spam or Promotions folders.

3. First sign in

Once your account is activated, you can sign in normally.

You must enter:

• Your email address
• Your password

4. Security verification (2FA)

On the first login from a new device, the system will ask for an additional verification step to protect your account.

The process works like this:

1. You enter your email and password.
2. The system sends a verification code to your email.
3. You must enter that code on the verification screen.
4. Once validated, you can access your account.

5. Trusted devices

After completing the security verification:

• The current device will be marked as a trusted device.
• You will not need to enter the code again for 30 days.

If you sign in from another browser or device, the system will request verification again for security reasons.

• Do not share your password.
• Do not give your verification code to third parties.
• Sign out if you use public computers.
• Use strong passwords.

Having trouble signing in?

If you have difficulty accessing your account, you can:

• Use the Recover password option.
• Verify that your email is written correctly.
• Check that the verification code has not expired.
